Refunds and Returns

At Anything & Everything Customs we strive for customer satisfaction, and perfection. If there is anything wrong with your order once you receive it, please do reach out to us so that we may assist you. Due to customizations, we do not accept refunds or returns. 

Our items are handmade.

Our photo embroidery is hand drawn then digitized and embroidered. Each item is carefully examined, and we spend a great amount of time paying attention to detail. We send you a sample of the design before making it, and you are given (1) chance to make any minor changes. If you are unhappy with a drawing after it has had changes and would like a refund, we will refund you -15%. The 15% fee is towards the time we have spent working on your outline. If you placed an order and would like to cancel and we have not sent you an outline, we will refund you 100%. 

Our Customized party supplies are also designed and handmade, and we cannot accept refunds or returns.  For customized themes we are making for you, we will also send you a sample of the design you requested before making your order, and you have (1) chance to make any minor changes. If you are unhappy with the design after the changes are made you will only then be able to receive a refund -15%, that also goes towards the time spent creating your design. 

We will email you your design to the email we receive the image from, we will wait for your reply to make any minor changes and your confirmation. If we do not receive a reply within 2-3 business days, we will send you a second email.  We will then wait another 2 days for a response and send you another email. If we do not receive a response 7 days after the initial 1st email, we will cancel your order due to lack of communication and refund you -15%. The 15% also goes towards our time on the drawing.

If we have made a mistake on your order, please reach out to us as soon as you receive your order and send us pictures/videos so that we may verify. If your order was affected during transit, we will recommend you contact your local shipping company so that they may help you file a claim. 

 Shipping Policies

Shipping times varies depending on your purchase order, and location.

We aim to ship out your order out within 3-10 business days, excluding holidays and weekends. If the order is a bigger order, or if the item is out of stock and we have to wait on a shipment we may take longer to ship it out, but we will communicate the issue with you via email. 

Please double check the address you input when placing an order.

Your order will be shipped to the address you input and once it is shipped out it is out of our hands. You may contact USPS and they may be able to help you. If your shipping address is insufficient, we will email you asking to re-check your address, and we will wait for your reply before shipping it out. If we are unable to communicate with you about your order, we will not be able to ship it until we are able to get the correct address from you. So, we ask that you please check your emails. 

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the order process work for Custom Photo Embroidery?

  1. You'll start by adding all the items you want to your cart. Be sure to add your add-ons as well if you'd like any add-ons for example if you wanted an embroidered hoodie with a name embroidered on the cuff sleeve and you wanted to add your 2 cats to the image as well, you will add the Photo Embroidered Hoodie to your cart in the color and size you'd like and in the customization box you will insert the color thread you would like. Then you will add to your cart the Add On Cuff listing as well, adding the text you'd like on the sleeve on that customization box. And you will also add "Add On Design" listing to your cart and choose the quantity (2) and will then add to the customization box the color of thread you'd like, if the same as the other just insert N/A or 
    "Same". Be sure to add your add-ons before checking out, we cannot add add-ons after your order is received.

  2. Check out!

  3. Email us the photo you want to be embroidered to the following email Be sure to add your order number to the header.

  4. Once we receive your image, we will get to work on your photos outline, you can expect to receive it 1-3 business days. 
  5. We will then wait on your reply, you will let us know if you'd like any minor adjustments. 
  6.  We will make the minor adjustments and digitize the image on an embroidery software.

  7.  We then will embroider the design and ship it out!

  8. Wait for shipping and enjoy!

Please note that outlines will not turn out the exact same way once embroidered. Certain details may not come out as defined as they are in the outline.   
What is the process when ordering custom party supplies?
  1. Add to your cart what items you would like to purchase, if you are purchasing a custom theme, it is because it is not an option on our listing or it is a different style than we have posted. You will add the items you'd like to your cart, adding the honoree's name and age in the customization box. Also add the listing "Customized Theme" to your cart in the customization box you will then add exactly what theme and in great detail what you would like on the design. This design will be put on every item you choose.
For example, if you'd like rainbow themed chip bag labels and juice pouch labels and it is not on the theme option. You would add the listing "Chip Bag Preassembled -Unfilled" and in the customization box you would add "name and age" and you will also add to your cart the "Customized Theme" listing, in that customization box you will add in the customization box "I want my theme to be rainbows, I'd like to have little rainbows and clouds all over with a pink background. I'd like the font in dark purple."
Try to be as specific as you can.

    2. Check out! 

    3. If you wanted to Add On An Image to the design, purchase the Add On An Image listing. You will then email us your image with the order number on the title of the email. Email to the following email

   4. We will then email you a picture of the design, you will be able to make any minor adjustments.

   5. We will fix these adjustments and work on your party supplies.

   6. We will ship them out!
